Twistedfingersbyfayme Policies

Deposits

• Please be aware there are different deposits for different services

• ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE (FOR ANOTHER PERSON OR APPOINTMENT DATE)

• Will secure your appointment and is applied towards service balance which is due at the time of your appointment in CASH ONLY!!!

Cancellations

• Appointments can be cancelled after 30mins late, or subject to be charge a $15.00 late fee charge at the time of your appointment

• If you need to reschedule your appointment you will need to do so within 10-14 days of your appointment, there is a  NON-REFUNDABLE $25.00 change date fee , and it will need to be paid through Cash App @twistedfingersbyf...before the change date can be completed, Also the rescheduled date and time must be available for the same style booked for....**Please remember with this service I am not responsible for CANCELLATIONS WITH CHANGE DATE APPOINTMENTS!! Please schedule your appointments accordingly 

• Any cancellations must be notified by phone ONLY within 48hrs of your appointment time

• If you cancel your appointment after the 24hr period you will be charged $25.00 fee by calling me for notification, if you do not call to cancel before the 24hr period and you do not show for your appointment you will be charged a $50.00 cancel fee, which would need to be paid before scheduling your next appointment

Appointments

• Please book appointments carefully

• Balances can be paid in forms of : Cash, Cash App, Debit, or Credit....**Cash is not kept on the premises

• When booking your appointment click on the photo of your desired style to read full description of the style requirements

• Booking Times - Monday-Friday 5pm with TFBF Stylist #3.....Saturday and Sunday 5am - 9am at the latest!!!

• All small or small medium box braids styles have to be booked for 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am on Saturday or Sunday Unless changed by me

• Any appointments booked before or after these times WILL NOT be honored (pay attention to service times when booking) PLEASE DISREGARD OTHER TIMES THAT  THE WEBSITE WILL GIVE!!!!!!!!!

• Certain styles are blocked out for long hours for a reason, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will take all of that time

• Please have patience while your at your appointment, or if time runs over while you wait for your appointment

• There will be no switching lengths or styles once you are at your appointment, However, ...if you feel the need to desire a different length or style there will be a NON-Refundable fee of $25.00 ...this fee will need to be paid before change of style can happen. Also, time needs to be allotted for desired changed style

• No appointments will be accepted by phone, text message, or DM on Instagram unless directed 

• Jewelry is included with all styles, Hair is included with certain styles...NOT ALL STYLES!!!!!!

• Consultation appointments are required for with Natural Care!!!!

**Referral Program - Refer a New Client and receive $10.00 of your Next style. Each Client referred must book and receive their style before the referring client receives their $10.00 off the style book.

***ANY CHILDREN 12YRS OLD AND UNDER MUST BE LEFT ALONE TO ENSURE THAT THE SERVICE CAN BE COMPLETED WITH NO INTERRUPTIONS, IF A PARENT OR GUARDIAN DECIDES TO STAY FOR THE CHILDS APPOINTMENT YOU MUST ALLOW ME TO HAVE FULL CONTROL OR APPOINTMENT WILL BE INTERRUPTED AND DENIED
